cuisine, Chef Ernie Quant offers such culinary delights as Stuffed Rolled Conch,
a thinly pounded piece of fresh local conch, rolled with a lobster stuffing and baked
in a seafood sauce. It is superb!
Another favourite on the menu is Seafood pasta with lobster, shrimp and broccoli blended in a delicate cream sauce. It's here that you'll find Gilley's "Famous Fish Sandwich" available for lunch and dinner. In addition to the freshest local seafood, the menu also includes steaks and chicken.
